Cancellation & Refunds

Cancellation of a PV systems...

There may be a number of reasons why you may want to cancel your PV System. You may have simply have changed your mind.  But... don't worry - we have an unconditional 7 day cooling off period after signing the Contract in the event you do change your mind.  And if you have paid a deposit this will be fully return to you.

After the 7 day period all reasonable costs incurred by us will be chargeable to you.

Refunds for other products...

We can pretty much refund for anything else you buy from us as long as you are within your 30 days and the product is in it's original packaging and has not been damaged and has been returned to our offices. After that it is up to the discretion of the management.

We always want happy customers and will do all we can to achieve this - Solar Partner wants you stay with us for all your solar power needs!

To action your refund...

This is the simple part. Please contact us via email or telephone 01908 61 71 61 asking for a refund on your particular product purchased. Provide us with your original receipt or quotation number and someone will discuss the matter with you.
